Greater Parkersburg CVB :: Submit Events

The bureau uses information submitted by local events and activities to compile a master calendar of events for the Greater Parkersburg area, answer questions from callers, etc. For an activity to be listed on the master calendar, the following criteria must be met:

Event information must be submitted in writing or online. Verbal information cannot be accepted.
The event must take place in Wood or surrounding counties
The event must be open to the general public

We will list any event meeting the above criteria on our master calendar. Events sponsored by a nonprofit organization are listed for free on our website. For profit events on the website and all events included in a printed publication require the payment of the appropriate fee in order to be listed.
