This event has already finished but is here for for your information
Annual event celebrating West Virginia’s birthday(June 20th). The event is held to educate people on our nation’s history, as well as a fun attraction to raise awareness about the plantation.
Location: Henderson Hall
517 Old River Rd
Henderson Hall will be the site of a Civil War re-enactment to be held the weekend of June 18 & 19. It is a great opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of a battle between Union and Confederate soldiers. Carlin’s Battery, along with other Civil War enactors from around the region, will bring the excitement and horrors of the most horrific war ever fought on American soil. There will be no charge for the event and spectators will need to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on a gently sloping bank while observing the battles taking place in the fields below, much like civilians of the Civil War era would have done.Visit our website Add To Itinerary Add To Calendar
