Danny Carpenter learned photography through books and videos, trial and error, and by working alongside other photographers. He describes himself as a “sponge for knowledge.” He uses his camera as a tool for sharing every aspect of life he encounters, and is generous with his images, donating his skills in support of many worthwhile causes. With his images circulating around the globe, his most treasured photograph is displayed on the Gold Star War memorial in Parkersburg.

“As one who has always enjoyed the outdoors, photographing nature became a passion and I have traveled great distances for an image and spending many hours in all kinds of weather.” - Danny Carpenter

Exhibits on view Tuesday - Friday, 10:00-5:00 ($2 non member admission).  Wednesdays are FREE! Admission to opening receptions is $10 for non-members and FREE for members.
