Winterfest Weekend

In an effort to promote downtown and the great businesses and culture we have to offer, Winterfest has been created to draw people to downtown for an evening of family fun. Several downtown businesses will be open, along with various downtown museums and attractions.

December 1, 2018

4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Bicentennial Park and Downtown Parkersburg

Winterfest Schedule of Events taking place from 4 - 6 pm:

Christmas Music - Bicentennial Park
Food Trucks - Bicentennial Park
Live Ice Sculpture, by Tyson Whistler - Bicentennial Park
Live Performance by Schrader Ballet - Bicentennial Park
Festival of Trees by Easter Seals - The Blennerhassett Hotel
Picture Opportunity with Santa - 2nd floor of the Parkersburg Municipal building
Santa’s Workshop - Kids Craft Station - Judge Black Annex
Face Painting and Kids Activity (courtesy of the Parkersburg Actors Guild) - 2nd floor of the Parkersburg Municipal building
A Christmas Story Performance - Actors Guild from 4 - 6 p.m. For tickets go to the Actors Guild’s website.
Christmas Tree Lighting & Zambelli Holiday Firework Show - Bicentennial Park beginning at 6:25 pm
Community Holiday Concert - St. Francis Xavier Church at 7 pm

Businesses that will be open where you can grab something to eat from 4 - 6 pm:
