Come down to Spencer’s Landing in Vienna, WV for the inaugural Glow on the O event on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Spencer’s Landing. Enjoy a thrilling afternoon of pumpkin decorating contests, inflatables and delicious food from local vendors. In the evening, come enjoy the area’s first-ever hot air balloon glow! This event is FREE!

5:30 p.m. Balloon pilots arrive
