The Valley Gem is excited to be hosting another Mixology Class on Friday, Oct. 27, Friday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Dec. 29. Guests will learn how to make three cocktails step by step and enjoy menu items paired to go with each beverage. Tickets are $40 per person and include ingredients for all three cocktails, all three courses of food pairings, instruction, coffee, tea, water and soda.

The classes will take place on the Riviera at the Valley Gem. The class on Friday, Oct. 27 will start at 6:30 p.m., the November and December classes starts at 7 p.m. Classes are 2 hours long.
