The Mid-Ohio Valley Model Railroad Club’s annual Harold Shive Memorial Open House is on May 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the theme of our military. The raffle prize will be a Lionel O scale Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotive and passenger car set, as the Pennsy was a favorite of the late Mr. Shive. The perfect stop before enjoying Downtown PKB’s Taste of Parkersburg event!
