Mid-Ohio Valley Model Railroad Club will host an open house on Sunday, December 15, from 3 – 7 p.m. at its facility in the rear basement of NOE Office Equipment at 610 Green Street in downtown Parkersburg. The event leads up to a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus aboard Belpre Industrial Parkersburg Railroad’s Christmas Train, which will park on the tracks near the model railroad club from 7-8:30 that same evening.
