Live birds of prey at North Bend State Park are presented by the Three Rivers Avian Center (TRAC) on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The educational birds are a great opportunity to learn what birds say “who cooks for me, who cooks for you all?” as well as meeting other raptors.

This evening program is all about raptors native to West Virginia: hawks, eagles, falcons, and owls. You’ll learn about the habitat, diet and behavior of each bird presented, the most common causes of injury to each species and the laws protecting these special birds.

There is no fee to attend. Open to the public, the program lasts about an hour and is staged in the Activity Shelter near North Bend Lodge. Questions are welcomed. This is a family friendly event. An excellent presentation for all ages. Join us for this evening with the Three Rivers Avian Center and the educational raptors.
