Parkersburg Paddlefest – Sept. 15 – 17, 2023 

Paddlefest is a three-day fun-filled festival dedicated to the wonders of people-powered watercrafts. Paddle down the Ohio and Little Kanawha Rivers in your kayak, canoe or even stand-up paddleboard! Paddlefest is an annual event that occurs in Point Park. Learn More 

Downtown Throwdown BBQ & Brewfest – Sept. 16, 2023 

Go downtown to Bicentennial Park on September 16 for some delicious BBQ and West Virginia craft beers! Enjoy a variety of food vendors and wonderful live entertainment. Tickets at $15 and $20 at the gate. Children 12 and under enter free. Learn More 

Volcano Days – Sept. 22, 2023 

Experience history where it began at the Volcano Days festival. Enjoy antique steam and gas engines from the Wood County Flywheelers, a large assortment of food and antique craft vendors and a variety of historical entertainment. Volcano Days takes place at Mountwood Park. Learn More 

Parkersburg Pop Con – Sept. 30, 2023

Mansion by Candlelight – October 6 – 7, 2023
