Friends of Vienna’s Glow on the O Hot Air Balloon festival is Saturday, October 17, 2026!

Glow On the O is back again for their second annual Balloon Glow! Enjoy an evening of hot air balloons glowing along the Ohio River, tethered balloon rides, inflatables & fall-themed games, a pumpkin decorating, a performance by the phoenix twirlers baton team and delicious local food trucks.

The tethered balloon rides are $15, with cash, debit and credit accepted. All other activities are free.
