Honey Festival

This local favorite will bee showcasing the areas best honey on August 22 & 23, 2026, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Parkersburg City Park!

The Honey Festival was founded with the purpose to educate the community on the importance of honey and the honey bee. From great food and entertainment to our many crafters as well as our continued education about honey and the honey bee, the Honey Festival offers a little something for everyone.

Festival Highlights Include: A Festival Pageant, Farmers Market, Craft Show, Live On-Stage Entertainment, Food Trucks & Vendors, the Pioneer Antique Auto Car Show, Live Bee Hives & Honey Tasting, Honey Contest, a live Bee Beard Performance, Interactive Trail Card with Prizes, Kids Games, Train Rides & Inflatables!

Admission is $5 per person. Kids 5 and under are FREE!

Buzzin’ Glow Run

New this year is the Buzzin’ Glow Run on Friday, August 21 at 8 p.m.! A 5K course for all ages with glow sticks and awards and prizes! Sign-up at https://woodrecreation.com/BuzzinGlowRun. Registration is $20.
